Near and Far: the World in Focus at Gallery 625

My image “Naked Aspens in the Yosemite Fog” will be part of the show Near And Far: The world in Focus“, sponsored by Gallery 625. In conjunction of Photography Month Sacramento, the show includes photographs taken from around the world by local area photographers.

If you live in the Sacramento area, come to Gallery 625 between April 7 and May 30, and experience the printed and framed work of our local photographers. The gallery is located at 625 Court Street in Woodland, California, and is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Artists reception is Fri April 7, 5:30-8:00 pm.

The show is in conjunction with Photography Month Sacramento, an event that happens each April throughout the region. This collaborative event brings artists, businesses and patrons together to celebrate the photographic arts.

Photography Month is coordinated by Viewpoint Photographic Art Center (viewpointphotoartcenter.org), located in midtown Sacramento, and its many partner organizations. Besides Gallery 625, the following galleries and museums have shows in connection with Photography Month Sacramento:

Galleries:

Auburn Old Town Gallery
Granucci Gallery at The Center for the Arts, Grass Valley

Congratulations on your participation. It’s been a while since, I am quite late, so hopefully you have at least received some nice feedback and possibly even a few dollars for your effort. A comment in the link mentions a sale but there’s no date so I am not sure if that’s from a previous showing or this one.
